Tour Itinerary Detail

Late afternoon at 4pm meet our guide and Cyclo rider at your hotel, start tour to visit Wat Phnom Hill, the small hill that location base in the middle of Phnom Penh Capital City for 45mn, and then ride for river front tour along the four river faces on the way visit stop to visit the Independence Monument ( Khmer-Vietnam Friendship Status) before we continue to visit our monument honoring of king Norodom Sihanouk, a reuvered leader who guided the country in independence from France and then walk directly to visit Independence monument was built in 1958 as a memorial to Cambodia’s war dead after the gaining of independence from France in

Poivre Blanc

Les poivrons rouges et blancs Kampot sont extrêmement rares en raison de la difficulté de récolter du poivre entièrement mûr. Seulement quelques centaines de kilos sont produits chaque anné.
Obtenu en trempant les baies rouges dans l'eau pendant quelques jours, le Kampot poivre blanc développe un bouquet intense et un arôme délicat. Son fort goût épicé porte des notes d'herbe fraîche et de citron vert.

White pepper

Kampot red and white peppers are extremely rare due to the difficulty in harvesting fully mature pepper. Only a few hundreds of kilos are produced each year.
Obtained by soaking the red berries in water for a few days, Kampot white pepper develops an intense bouquet and delicate aroma. Its strong spicy taste carries notes of fresh grass and lime.
